Losbeschreibung

Handsome deep golden-brown with intermingled walnut and olive hues, the surfaces are pleasantly smooth in the absence of troublesome marks. The planchet is trivially flawed in a few areas at lower left obverse, on reverse along the right border, loupe reveals a hint of microgranularity that is easily forgiven in a lightly circulated Landscape Vermont. The design runs off the planchet at lower left obverse and lower right reverse, date soft and only barely discernible on former side, border on latter side through the word DECIMA with some of the letters difficult to discern. Other areas display bold to sharp detail that includes a crisp landscape and sunface, razor sharp all-seeing eye and surrounding rays. Well above average for both the Landscape Guide Book variety and RR-2 VERMONTS die pairing, this nice PCGS AU-50 would fit comfortably into many advanced collections.
