1893 Barber Quarter. Proof-65 (NGC). At direct light angles, this Gem Proof 1893 quarter reveals modest reflectivity and cobalt-blue and reddish-gold under an otherwise steel-gray sheen. The obverse is slightly more muted in appearance than the reverse. PCGS# 5679.
