Arizona Consignment. At arm's length, the quality seems dead-on choice, with vivacious, twirling luster and a complete lack of any obvious detractions leading the way, followed up by excellent citrus-gold color. Even closer inspection reveals a mere smattering of smaller abrasions. Perhaps PCGS considered the presence of some sweeping hairlines unacceptable to upgrade, but by no means does the coin's appeal suffer consequentially. A terrific choice for first-of-year type representation!
