Phenomenally attractive for AU-53, both sides retain fabulous mustard-grey and original yellow hues that look perfect on a hundred-and-seventy year old gold coin. Further, the wear was so evenly and softly impressed that the surface appears smooth and pleasantly illuminated by faint golden luster. Such a nice prize for the collector!
