1802 Draped Bust Cent. S-241. Rarity-1. Noyes Die State A. Stemless Wreath. AU-53 (PCGS). CAC. High quality for the collector as the color is a mix of light tan and brown, with golden accents in the protected areas. A single minute speck is noted on Liberty's shoulder and a low area on her chest. Usual die clashing on the obverse from the wreath and MERIC. An interesting die variety for the boldly repunched second S of STATES low, and double fraction line. Remarkably appealing for an early cent and impressive for this variety.
