1843 Braided Hair Cent. N-8. Rarity-2. Petite, Small Letters. MS-63 BN (NGC). A Choice example identified by a charming birthmark just to the right of T in CENT. The surfaces are smooth and glossy, painted in a rich burnt-caramel hue. An old mark at the top of E in ONE is barely noteworthy. Light flowlines are present near the borders equivalent to Noyes Die State B/A. Provenance: From the Paradise Collection.
