The K.C. Collection. NGC's population report has a curious anomaly whereby it shows zero for the AG-3 grade, but one for the "AG-3 star" grade. Let's assume that they are actually referencing the present piece, which makes it the lowest certified example, with zero lower at either grading service. I don't make this stuff up - you can look at the NGC population report yourself and see what I mean. An ideal target for the "lowball registry" audience.
