Mintage: 5200. 5 graded MS-65, 5 higher at PCGS. Most frequently found prooflike, the 1867 was struck in such low quantity that after they clashed (heavily) the dies were simply repolished and put right back into production. This pair clashed at least twice, as can be seen by the obvious ghostly hairlines. A few of the hairlines seen are post-mint, but there is plenty of die polish residing in the flashy, semi-prooflike fields.
