Twin Goose Collection. A case could easily be made that NGC might as well have assigned a full gem grade given the formidable appeal of lemon-gold luster over extremely sharp details. Perhaps a tiny curving hairline at Liberty's jaw compelled a more conservative grade on the grading service's behalf, but aside from that, this appears to be an impeccably preserved quarter-eagle.
