If you have not yet experienced the simplicity and convenience of our Online Submission Center (OSC), now is the time to make the move. As of January 1, 2027, the following grading services will be available exclusively through our OSC:
- Raw Coin Grading — evaluates a coin's condition and assigns a standardized grade based on wear, preservation, strike, and eye appeal.
- Regrade — applies to coins that are already encapsulated and graded by PCGS.
- Reholder — applies to coins that are currently graded and encapsulated by PCGS that you would like placed into the most current PCGS holder.
- Crossover — a coin graded by another company is evaluated in its current holder.
- Reconsideration — allows you to submit your coins for regrading.
The OSC allows collectors and dealers to prepare coin submissions with online forms that are filled out using an alphanumerical keypad. The service improves efficiency and is more convenient and less painstaking than writing the information for each submission by hand on a printed form. For the time being, some services will remain available only using paper forms:
- Banknote Grading
- Restoration
- Bulk Submissions
- On-Site Show Grading
- Guarantee Resubmission
As online submission is made available for new services, paper forms will remain available for six months after the service is activated on the OSC. Once the six-month grace period has passed, paper forms will no longer be accepted for that service.
