Tompkins Die Stage 1/5, Rea et al. Die State a. This is a handsome mid-grade survivor toned in warm mauve-gray on surfaces that reveal no sizeable or otherwise individually mentionable marks. There is evidence of an old cleaning here, but with overall bold detail to the major design elements, this is a desirable coin for advanced early quarter variety specialists.
