- FROM THE TOMMY JOHN COLLECTION What a great collector grade example of this KEY Standing Liberty quarter overdate. An important coin that is in constant demand from collectors regardless of grade, this totally original VF has a totally original brownish-silver-tan patina on both sides. The wear is problem free and even on both sides, we are not really sure what CAC saw on this one that precluded approval. Regardless of CAC status, it is a great coin for the budget minded specialist. PCGS 50, NGC 20. The last one brought $3,120 in March 2019 and we sold a CAC approved example in January 2019 for $4,700 (we like this one better!). The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,500. Our estimate will prove conservative when the hammer falls, you will really like this one! Cert. Number 38970083 PCGS # 5726.00
