1881 Trade Dollar. Proof-62 Cameo (PCGS). One of the popular, end-of-the-series dates that is a "proof-only" with only 960 pieces produced. In spite of the modest grade, this piece presents very well. Each side has dazzling mint brilliance and the fields are deeply mirrored with sharply contrasting thick mint frost over the devices.
