Lot Description
FROM THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART III While the mintage of Proofs in the Centennial year was higher than usual, with 1,150 struck, these are mostly in non-Cameo and Cameo designations. Indeed, PCGS has graded a mere 3 in the DCAM designation; NGC has never graded a UCAM. Offering the smoothest, icy reflection in the fields, this DCAM is exceptionally brilliant and flashy. The devices are sharply struck with a bold frosty texture, resulting in a deep, bold contrast. Blast white and black contrast is a delight to behold. PCGS 2, NGC 0. The last non-CAC coin sold in September 2017 for $10,800 and the current Collectors Universe value is listed at $12,500. NONE are finer in the designation, and the eye appeal is excellent, worthy of a strong bid. Cert. Number 84370031 PCGS # 96437
