- 1873 Liberty Seated Quarter. Arrows. Proof-64 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Smartly impressed with razor sharp definition, the design elements are further set apart with a soft satiny texture. The fields are mirrored in finish, the entire package bright and untoned apart from a blush of faint silvery iridescence. The 1873 is one of only two Proof Liberty Seated quarters of the Motto, Arrows design, survivors perennially popular among specimen type collectors.
