On Target Collection. Breen-7108 was called "very rare" in the original tome but it may not actually be so rare as once believed. At any rate, PCGS calls no attention to this desirable RPM on the slab insert even though an extra curve shows to the right of the lower half of the mintmark. Slight abrading on the cheek and a few generally innocuous abrasions probably determine the grade.
