Lot Description

A PRISTINE, SUPERB GEM Wartime nickel. Boldly and highly lustrous and nicely preserved, the surfaces have a blazing mint brilliance. The facade of Monticello is boldly struck, save for the steps, all the other details are sharply and incredibly impressed. Looks as fresh and lustrous today as it was when it left the mint. PCGS 4, NGC 7. The current Collectors Universe value is $1,400 and two sold in January 2017 for $764. A great looking coin that will see spirited competition to bring home. Cert.
