- Description du lot
- Baker-3. Proofs were (re-)struck circa 1860 by coin dealer W. J Taylor as perhaps the most idealized vision of this popular colonial-era copper. This specimen has become deeply saturated with ebony-brown patina overall, yet manages to offer delicate lime-green iridescence within the attractively reflective fields. Needle sharp and free from distractions.
