1835 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-107. Rarity-1. MS-61 (PCGS). A lovely blend of bronze, violet, and sea-green iridescence shimmers across this attractive Mint State example. Faint traces of friction are noted across the high points, but the surfaces are free from any individually distracting abrasions. An historic example traced back to our sale of the Anderson-Dupont Collection, Part II, in November 1954. Provenance: From the Naples Bay Collection.
