Distinctive obverse contrast characterizes this superb GEM. Bright white and wholly untoned surfaces are nearly mark-free. The obverse design elements are frosted and contrast well with the glittering mirrored fields. The reverse is a handsome fully brilliant proof. PCGS 16, NGC 31, CAC 14. PCGS price guide value $1,350.
