1833 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-113. Rarity-2. MS-63 (PCGS). An appealing Choice Mint State Capped Bust half dollar characterized by a bold strike, deep original patina, and largely unabraded surfaces. The obverse is pewter-gray and tan-brown with some violet and steel-blue overtones that enliven the appearance. The reverse is a bit darker and more subdued, yet not unattractive.
