A beautiful example! Truly SUPERB in every way! A bold, vivid, brilliant, satin luster is aglow on both the obverse and reverse bringing out a delicate dusting of pastel iridescent tone on both sides. Sharply struck throughout with nearly full definition in all parts of the design. The surfaces and devices are clean, with no visible distractions, even under the use of glass. PCGS 185, NGC 89, CAC 80. There are 26 graded MS67+ and just 7 finer. The most recent examples sold in the $1,560 to $1,920 range and the current Collectors Universe value is $2,800.
