1820 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-106. Rarity-2. Square Base No Knob 2, Large Date. MS-63 (PCGS). Intense satin to modestly semi-reflective luster greets the viewer from both sides of this sharply struck example. Delicate champagne-pink and apricot peripheral iridescence frames brilliant centers, the eye appeal strong in all regards. Just shy of Condition Census for the 1820 O-106 dies (per the Herrman AMBPR, Spring 2021 Revision), this newly certified example is sure to catch the eye of astute Bust half dollar collectors.
