Lot Description

Slightly flashy and completely untoned, the entire surface gleams with the silvery brilliance often seen for the date, but adds in a subtle hint of cameo contrast without really being prooflike. Very brief roller marks appear at the top of Liberty's ear or else this would be a completely detailed silver dollar. As a numismatic cataloger, I get plenty of exercise - jumping to conclusions, pushing my luck, and dodging deadlines.
