1807 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-103, T-11. Rarity-3. AU-58 (PCGS). Overall brilliant and pearlescent, with a subtle dusting of peach and violet patina in select areas. The definition is excellent for this variety, with a particular sharpness noted on the reverse. The luster remains intense throughout the fields and the surfaces are left without any notable marks. A gorgeous piece to examine in-hand that approaches Mint State in many respect. It is an important Condition census example that is tied for CC#3 in the Autumn 2020 AMBPR by Stephen J. Herrman.
