Peripherally toned in warm olive-orange, the obverse contrasts with a reverse dressed in a target-like array of vivid cobalt blue and pinkish-rose colors. Surely the most vivid and visually appealing example of this lone mintmarked issue in the silver three-cent series that we have offered in recent years.
