Lot Description

Delightful honey-apricot surfaces. The strike is sharp and the texture is satin to softly frosted. The 1914-S is one of the most available issues from the pre-1920 Saint-Gaudens double eagle series, but the offered coin is distinct and desirable due to the scarce Generation 2.0 Doily holder in which it is encapsulated. Sure to sell for a premium.
