- Lot 144 1828 C-1 R1 13-Star Obverse NGC graded MS61 Brown.Frosty olive and steel brown with lighter reddish tan faded from mint color in protected areas on the obverse. No spots or notable marks, just a hint of friction on the highest points of the devices. LDS, Manley state 3.0. The point from the leaf tip over the H in HALF is nearly gone. Our grade is AU55.
