Lot Description

Low key in appearance, the surface has become thoroughly infused with dusky shades of boulder-grey, surrounded by subtle, dusky rainbow hues that will certainly appeal to most collectors. What's nice about this is the fact that both sides feature highly similar, congruent presentation such that this is a somewhat pretty coin as viewed from obverse or reverse. Had the luster received a bit more "oomph" from the dies, a full point's upgrade would be in the offing, but for only MS-62, this is an awfully pleasing, vintage specimen.
