FROM THE WOLVERINE COLLECTION. Tied for FINEST graded at PCGS. This is a superb GEM with an almost prooflike luster on the obverse and a frosty, satin sheen on the reverse. Delicate toning graces both sides, accenting the sharply struck devices and smooth surfaces. The eye appeal is very nice. PCGS 4, NGC 1. These are just too cheap! The most recent example brought only $1,200 in March 2019. Prior to that, one sold for $2,115 in July 2017. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,000.
