- Description du lot
- One of the always popular and colorfully named "Bugs Bunny" Franklin half dollars. The name comes from die clashing where the tiny eagle's feather details from the reverse are seen at the front of Franklin's mouth making it look like he has buck teeth. While not very rare, this GEM has spectacular toning that is nearly on par with some of the FINEST of toned Franklin half dollars we have had the honor of selling. PCGS 38, NGC 0. This is a monster that belongs in a great collection of toned coins. Its variety adds to the interest and allure. Cert. Number 39426671 PCGS # 86653.00
