VERY HIGH END! MS64+ is the right grade! Only a few scattered and very tiny ticks can be seen. Overall, the surfaces are clean. An intense luster shows off gorgeous yellow/deep gold colors. There are no spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 337. NGC 363, CAC 51. PCGS has graded 19 in MS64.
