A second offering for this perennially popular early half eagle type variety from the Chicago Collection, this lot highlights a premium Choice About Uncirculated coin. Vivid deep honey-orange color blankets surfaces that offer plenty of lively mint luster. The finish is softly frosted with subtle hints of semi-reflectivity evident in the fields. PQ for the assigned grade, there are no significant marks, and just a trace of light friction precluding a Mint State grade. Very nice. BD Die State a/a.
