Boldly toned and highly attractive. The surfaces are silky smooth and display boldly reflective brown mirrors. Shades of blue and purple adorn both the obverse and reverse. One of the most attractive examples of this grade extant! PCGS 5, NGC 2. No example in this grade has ever sold at auction. Numerically, this is among the finest examples of the date certified. Indeed only 2 coins have been graded higher by PCGS, a 67+ BN and a 68 RB. PCGS suggests a value of $2,650 in 67 BN, and after this coin sells, that level may have to be adjusted upward!
