Lot Description

The Crimson Collection. The 7 has a flat top -- the "large date" obverse. A very good strike doesn't quite reach perfection, but for such a concise design, it could scarcely be more appreciated at the MS-62 grade. This appears to be an inarguably original example with modest luster beneath decidedly pretty colors. Russet-yellow, cinnamon and deep ocean blue hues suggest prior long-term residence in an album.
