Lot Description

Nicholas Jackson Collection. Overton-109,"small date, small letters". The tenth star exhibits noticeable recutting but the eighth and ninth as well show hints of recut details. An example that swims in pleasing, vintage surface color, both sides enjoy dappled silver-orange, lilac and rose-grey throughout, enhanced by subdued but definite mint luster. Well struck and exquisitely original.
