- 1652 Massachusetts Bay Colony Oak Tree Shilling. Noe-7, W-480. Rarity-5. Fine-15 (PCGS).
66.05 grains. Steel gray surfaces. Obverse off-center to right, rim through S with the following ETS all but off the planchet, weak at the tree design and SA at the left of the coin, reverse fairly well-centered, rim to tops of NEW E, heavy cuds at places in the legend. Well-worn but not overly marked and a more than suitable filler example of the variety and type.
