FROM THE YOUNG-DAKOTA COLLECTION. Here is a another virtually PERFECT Franklin half dollar, boasting the utmost in flawless, deep cameo glory. The mirrors are boldly flashy, beaming brilliantly against the frosted devices. The pristine surfaces are flawless and the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 296, NGC 227, CAC 61. Only 9 are PR68+ DCAM. While the most recent sold for only $764, these were selling for between $1,500 and $2,000 a few years ago. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $1,100.
