Lot Description

A superb and GEMMY coin! Deep mirrors have that rolling "wave action" going on when you twirl the coin. The mirrors are super clean and have good clarity. There are lines on the holder, NOT the coin. The flash is strong. Both sides are evenly covered by a moderate champagne color. There is good contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is robust! ONLY 675 were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 4. The last PCGS coin without a CAC bean that sold via auction brought $3,407 in May 2021. The current Collectors Universe value is $6,250.
