1853 Liberty Head Half Eagle. MS-61 (PCGS). CAC. Scarce and desirable Mint State preservation for this otherwise readily obtainable 1850s half eagle issue. Warm honey-olive color with iridescent reddish-rose overtones, the surfaces are lustrous with a bold frosty to semi-prooflike finish. Well struck for the era and worthy of a premium price.
