Why no CAC? Darn are they tight. Mother Nature does not care. She created a GEM rainbow toned obverse. Neon-like shades of totally original emerald/violet/gold/baby blue cascade down about 2/3 of the obverse. We rank the colors a full 9 on our 1-10 color scale (10 is the best). The reverse has some light gold/blue. Besides all the color, the quality is all there too! Cert. Number 38080715 PCGS # 7140
