1833 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-102. Rarity-1. MS-64 (NGC). Satiny and overall smooth, this otherwise brilliant example exhibits wisps of pale olive-gray iridescence that appear to drift toward the borders. Sharply defined throughout, and uncommonly so for a late date Capped Bust, Lettered Edge half dollar, this endearing near-Gem is sure to catch the eye of astute bidders.
