Lot Description

Another magnificent 1824.  This example features electric sea-green toning in the centers, with a halo of pale gold through the stars and legend.  Minor striking weaknesses in the lowest drapery lines and a portion of the motto are trifling criticisms.  Picked up at the Nov. 2007 Baltimore Show.  Est. $2,750 to $3.500.
