WOW! This coin is ultra bold and reflective! WOW! You need your sunglasses to view this essentially GEM quality Cameo Proof Seated Liberty dollar. Blazing black and white contrast dazzles the eye. Ultra deep and beaming reflective fields give this borderline GEM the look of a DCAM. The mirrored surfaces are exceptionally clean and icy smooth, sleek and wonderful. The devices are thickly frosted, and aside from some very minor softness on Liberty's breast on on some of the feathers, the details really stand out boldly against the mirrored fields. Only 600 Proofs were struck. PCGS 25, NGC 9, CAC 6. There are only 2 in this grade at PCGS, and just 10 finer. An example in this grade sold for $9,400 back in July 2015. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $11,000. We think this borderline GEM will bring very strong bidding.
