- One might ask 'Where is the "Star", NGC?' but the truth is, the star has been there the whole time as the obverse boasts dazzling frosted luster accented with a strangely shaped, almost bizarre area of bag toning. Colors include powdery versions of cyan-violet, orange, and russet chartreuse hues that almost defy description. Coral-grey infuses the entire reverse of this tremendous Carson City.
