FROM THE BIG CYPRESS COLLECTION Ex. D.L. Hansen Collection, as noted on the insert. A really pleasing AU B-6, BB-241. A strong luster is retained in the fields, highlighting hints of slate toning at the peripheries. Sharply struck overall, the details show a bold crispness even with light wear. A few minor marks are noted but these can generally be overlooked in terms of the otherwise very pleasing eye appeal. PCGS 33, NGC 35. The most recent examples to sell were CAC approved. There has not been a non-CAC PCGS AU55 1802 dollar sold since February 2016, a notorious low point in the market cycle. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $12,000.
