Lot Description

1873-S Liberty Half Eagle. EF-40 (PCGS). A very well detailed example, for the grade, with deep reddish-amber and steel-green toning across evenly worn surfaces. Wispy hairlines only become evident with aid of a loupe. A heavily underrated issue, according to Garrett and Guth (2008).
