1898 Barber Quarter. Proof-64 Cameo (NGC). CAC. Boldly cameoed surfaces are ringed in partial halos of rich copper-rose, charcoal-gray and reddish-gold peripheral toning. The obverse portrait is particularly smooth, and no areas reveal any individually distracting blemishes.
