1793 Sheldon-4. Rarity-3. Chain AMERICA. F-15 BN (NGC). The style with a period after LIBERTY and another after the date. Medium brown with olive traces. Surfaces slightly granular, peripheral devices complete, no serious marks. A decent example of a popular issue from the first year of U.S. Mint operations.
