In this sale we are pleased to be offering multiple Choice Uncirculated examples of the 1893-O, one of the leading rarities among New Orleans Mint Morgan dollar issues. The present example is dusted with sandy-silver iridescence with strong underlying luster in a frosty texture. Direct lighting also confirms subtle semi-reflectivity qualities in the fields - very attractive. Uncommonly well struck for the issuing mint with overall bold to sharp detail, impressively smooth and minimally marked surfaces round out an impressive list of attributes for this significant condition rarity.
